DISPENSA PROPERTIES LLC
Privacy notice
Effective October 10, 2026
This notice explains how this website handles rental inquiries, showing request accounts, saved showing requests and showing-request ID images. Please read the information at each form before submitting.
What you choose to share
- General showing inquiries: your name, email, phone number, the property, preferred showing times, move-in date and any note you add. An optional rental-email preference is recorded; submitting an inquiry does not automatically activate a mailing-list subscription.
- Showing Request accounts: your email and sign-in information, handled by Supabase, the managed authentication provider. Your password goes directly to that service and is not stored in your showing request file.
- Saved showing requests: contact details, selected property, rental preferences and the optional self-reported information you enter, such as income and credit estimates or rental-history context. The form identifies optional questions. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card numbers, medical records, or children’s identifying details.
- Account-linked showing requests: your saved contact details, selected property, preferred showing time and the ID image you choose to submit. A local photo preview is not an upload; the image is sent when you submit the showing request.
Why the information is used
Dispensa Properties LLC uses this information to respond to rental inquiries, maintain your showing request, manually review a showing request and arrange the next step. The showing request does not authorize a credit or background check. This workflow does not use an automated identity-verification service or make automated rental eligibility decisions.
A submission does not reserve a property, confirm a showing or grant property access. Additional rental or lease steps, if applicable, will be handled separately.
Who can access it and which services are involved
Your showing request file is available through your authenticated account and the authenticated owner-review workflow. ID images are stored privately for owner review; there is no public ID-image link. The website does not put showing request answers or ID images on public rental listings.
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare: the website uses hosted website infrastructure, a database for records and private object storage for ID review images, property access instructions and saved instruction emails.
- Supabase: provides account registration, email confirmation, sign-in and password recovery. Authentication processing includes your email, credentials and session information.
- Resend: sends minimal showing-request review alerts to the property owner. Those alerts contain a sign-in-protected review link, not visitor names, contact details, questionnaire answers or ID images. After the owner approves a showing, Resend also sends a confirmation to the confirmed email attached to that request. That email includes the visitor’s name, property address, approved viewing window and owner-provided access instructions, including the lockbox code. ID images and questionnaire answers are not included.
These providers process information needed to operate their services. A general email or phone conversation is also handled by the email or telecommunications services used for that conversation. This notice describes the website workflow; it does not promise that service providers never process or retain operational information.
ID images and retention
Submitted ID images are converted to a still PNG review copy with original metadata removed. The original uploaded file is not retained by the website. The review copy is stored privately.
Access to an ID review image expires after 30 days. This blocks access through the website; it is not an automatic storage-deletion schedule. The owner can remove an image sooner. Stored images and showing request records otherwise remain until the owner removes them.
Withdrawing your rental inquiry marks the file withdrawn and blocks further approval through that request. It does not delete the showing request, account or image. Ask the brokerage if you want a correction or deletion; please do not attach another ID to your request. We will confirm what action can be taken and whether it has been completed.
Session storage and technical information
The showing request account uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. Sign out when you finish on a shared device. The website also uses request information, including an IP-derived rate-limit identifier or account identifier, to limit repeated requests and uploads. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information as part of operating their services.
Private information requires authenticated access, but no website can guarantee complete security. If you think information was sent to the wrong place or an account has been accessed unexpectedly, contact the brokerage.
Your choices and questions
You can browse public listings without creating a showing request account. You can update your saved showing request or withdraw an inquiry from the showing request account. Please include enough information to identify your request, but do not send passwords, IDs, Social Security numbers or financial account information by email.
