FROM FIRST LOOK TO A SHOWING
Know what comes next.
You can ask a question before creating an account. When you’re ready, your Showing Request stays together in one private account.
- 01
Explore the home
Review the listing’s photos, rent, deposit, lease terms and any stated fees. Send a showing inquiry if you have questions.
- 02
Create your showing request account
Confirm your email, choose an available unit and save your showing request details. Income, credit and history answers are self-reported.
- 03
Request a showing
Continue from your saved showing request to privately submit an ID and a preferred showing time for manual review.
- 04
Wait for confirmation
Dispensa Properties reviews the request, confirms a viewing window and arranges access directly. Submission alone never grants entry.
This showing request does not run a credit or background check, make an automated rental decision, or collect a payment.
Start or continue a Showing RequestBEFORE YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Your Showing Request deserves care.
Your saved showing request is available to your signed-in account and the property owner for review. ID images are stored privately and reviewed manually; they are not displayed on rental listings or attached to review-notification emails.
ID access expires after 30 days. That is an access limit, not automatic deletion. Saved showing requests and images remain until removed by the owner. You can request a correction or deletion using the brokerage contact details at the bottom of this page.
Read the privacy noticePlease don’t send IDs, Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical details through a general showing inquiry or email.
RENTER QUESTIONS
A few useful answers.
If something is unclear, ask us before sharing personal information.
Do I need an account to ask about a home?
No. You can browse listings and use a property’s showing inquiry form, or contact the brokerage. An email-confirmed showing request account is needed for the private showing request and ID step.
Does submitting a request confirm my showing?
No. Your preferred time is a request. Dispensa Properties must review the request and confirm a viewing window before arranging access. Do not enter a property without confirmed instructions.
Why is an ID requested?
The ID is for a manual document review connected to your showing request. This website does not use an automated identity-verification or background-screening service for that step. Read the privacy notice before uploading.
What are the rental requirements and fees?
Review the individual listing for its stated terms, deposits and fees, and ask the brokerage about anything that is unclear. The online showing request does not collect payment or authorize a credit or background check.
Can I ask for help or an accommodation?
Yes. Contact Dispensa Properties LLC if you need help using the website or would like to discuss a reasonable accommodation. You do not need to include medical details in a general inquiry.
I’m already a tenant. Where should I go?
Continue using your existing contact and payment arrangements. The current tenant information page explains the portal’s availability. The showing request account is for rental inquiries and showing requests.
